Just wanted to inform everyone that I've added both M and N sections of the Playstation to the site. Some pretty awesome titles in there, so go download and enjoy.

Complete Sega CD Collection! |

Hey all,
Just wanted to inform you that I've just added the complete Sega CD collection to DohGames. This is the first time that DG has ever had the system so go enjoy it. There's almost 50 gigabytes of files there, so get downloading.
I have another set of PSX ISOs coming soon, so stay tuned. |

Playstation Complete B Added |

I've gone ahead and uploaded the B section of Playstation ISOs. There are around 20 gigabytes of files, so it took me quite some time. But no worries, as I'll keep on doing these updates as quickly as I possibly can. The Playstation system had a ton of games, and it doesn't help that most of the games are quite large in size.

Pop-Unders Fixed |

Hey all, long time no update.
I've decided to cut back on the amount of obnoxious popunders that have been on DG for quite some time. Times are tough with advertising revenue, but I'd like to increase the amount of traffic the website gets. I figured the amount of popunders was actually deterring people from using the site at all.
So now, they'll happen a lot less frequently.
I'm also looking for someone to help out with the uploading of some games (newer DS games, rest of the PSX collection etc). If you're interested, please register on the forums and send me a message, or post in one of the subforums. |

PSX Isos (First half!) |

So in my attempt to keep up with news for the site, I've gone ahead and added what I have on the server as of now in regards to PSX isos. We have the letters A-L (missing B and D, if you know where I can find torrents of these, please let me know). I'm still working on getting the second half of the alphabet, but there are almost 500 files to play around with, so enjoy those first as I work on the rest.
So go on and check them out, and stay tuned for a couple more updates that I'll have for you all. B) |

An update!? New MAME Roms |

What's this? Two months without a posting on the main site?
While it appears that nothing has happened in the past two months, I can assure you I've been doing my best getting stuff worked out on the backend of everything. While I've been completely swamped with college work, I've found time here and there to play around with some stuff.
But in regards to the site, I've actually added a completely updated MAME set to the site. The best part of this all? Now all of the MAME files have their correct game names listed, so it'll be easier to browse for the game that you're actually looking for. So head over to the section and enjoy.
Finally, DG is turning 5 years old this year! I can't believe that it's been 5 years since I started this site just as a hobby. It's grown larger than I could have ever imagined, and has lead me to my future field of employment. In celebration of DG's birthday, I'll be having some more updates soon to come, I just have to add them to the website. I promise to keep everyone updated more so now. |

Brand New Servers |

Well, it appears we're back alive yet again. In case you all didn't notice over the past month, but the website was extremely slow and the download speeds were lacking. We were on "new hardware" that just wasn't working like it should have been.
So, I've gone ahead and just completely revamped the way the website works and is configured. DohGames now has two servers: One completely dedicated to its pages, and another solely dedicated to all of the downloads.
What does this mean for all of you? Much faster browsing through the website and pages, and much much faster download speeds. We'll be able to handle quite a lot more users at any time.
The move is not complete yet
I am still in the middle of trying to fix everything. Some systems still don't work, such as the SNES which I'm trying to fix, the MAME because I'm adding a complete new collection and the Playstation ISOs because I'm going to be upgrading that system to include a complete US selection!
All I can ask is that you please be patient as I work through all of this. I can promise you, that when everything is running at 100%, DohGames will be even greater than before. |
